JLL Finland

As JLL Finland and Procofin fused together in 2016, a new office was built in the well-known WTC building in the heart of Helsinki (Keskuskatu 5B). The decor reflects the JLL brand - crips colors, clean lines and fun elements. The company invested in the newest technology, sophisticated materials and beautiful furniture not only for the congeniality of their staff but also to serve as a showroom for clients to see the JLL's designers visions.

This office of around 80 people is roughly divided into three sections: meeting area for clients and other guests, working zones and a central lounge/cafe for socializing between co-workers. To ensure peace and quiet whilst working small rooms that can accomodate 1-4 people where scattered around the open office and lots of textiles where used on the floors, walls and furniture.
