The client's, Antilooppi Oy, wishes where to transform this empty space in Tallbergintalo into a ready-to-rent office and reference for potential tenants to familiarize themselves with the building's standards and style. The building was completed in the 1930's and the jugend style mint green stucco facade, walnut window frames and rounded shapes where also the inspiration for the interior. Leather, brass, walnut, velvet and lacquered concrete create a rich and warm material palette which only get better with time. Small tactile details such as door handles, sockets and moldings bring a sense of the past to this otherwise modern space.
